Our Framework

We are guided by the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the global blueprint for a more sustainable future. Every project we deliver goes beyond communication and actively contributes to the achievement of these goals.

Four Dimension Approach to Sustainability

For KOLO sustainability means creating long-term value across four interconnected dimensions:

Environmental

campaigns that promote greener practices, innovation, and responsible consumption.

Social

initiatives that strengthen communities, promote inclusion, and improve quality of life.

Educational

projects that raise awareness, share knowledge, and empower future generations.

Cultural

actions that preserve identity, preserves cultural heritage, foster diversity, and connect people through shared values.

How Do We Ensure We Never Do Greenwashing

Transparency is our operating principle. We ensure to communicate only verifiable impact, protecting your brand from reputational risks. To make this possible, we follow a strict internal Anti-Greenwashing Framework that is aligned with EU expectations for responsible communication.

Evidence-First Messaging

No claim leaves our agency without proof.
Before creating any communication, we require measurable data photos, reports or certification, project documentation. If evidence does not exist, we help the client create real impact before communicating anything.

Independent Verification & SIS Governance

As an SIS-accredited entity we report to the Luxembourg Ministry of Labour, Social and Solidarity Economy. We undergo governance checks and impact validation, and 100% of our profits are reinvested in impact projects KOLO develops. KOLO literally must deliver impact.

Impact Traceability

For every sustainability statement, we track the company’s input (what the company contributed), activities (what was actually done), output (measurable results), outcome (who benefited), impact (real long-term value created)

Alignment With EU Anti-Greenwashing Standards

We follow guidance from EU Green Claims Directive proposal (2023/2024), Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD), European Consumer Protection rules

Language Screening

We avoid vague claims and ambiguous phrases unless supported by facts. Our wording is precise, measurable, time-bound, limitation-aware.

We maintain professional integrity at all times

KOLO reserves the right to refuse any project or message that risks misleading stakeholders, violates EU guidance, or contradicts our SIS mission.

Continuous Monitoring & Review

Our framework evolves alongside EU regulation, scientific evidence, and best practices in responsible communication ensuring KOLO remains aligned with the highest standards.
